RESULTS: NECW’s DOUBLE INTENSITY in Blackstone, MA

Another packed house greeted the stars of New England Championship Wrestling, as NECW returned to the Millerville Men’s Club in Blackstone, MA on Friday night, May 18th for DOUBLE INTENSITY.

The intensity was on from the start as the opening bout  was the NECW Tag Team Championship Match.  All Money i$ Legal (K-Pusha & K-Murda, Champions) defeated Adenalize (Chris Neil & Nick Fahrenheit, Challengers) via pinfall to retain the titles, after hitting Neil with the Dead Presidents (wheelbarrow into a flying facebuster).

“Mr. Fabulous” Tony Ulysses and Elia Markopoulos, representing the Crown Jewels, came to the ring to address the crowd in Blackstone. They insulted the hometown hero, Tank the Tank, for teaming with “The Boston Bad Boy” Jason Rumble. Rumble came out to confront them, but Markopoulos took the opportunity to attack Rumble from behind. As the Jewels were laying into Rumble, Tank ran to the ring to save his partner for the evening, chasing the Jewels off.

The veteran Johnny Thunder scored his second win in a row in NECW, defeating Julian Starr via pinfall after a roll-up and use of the tights.

In a raging back and forth battle, Chase Del Monte (w/ Sean Gorman) defeated Taka Suzuki via pinfall with the Cradle Piledriver.

In what was billed as a non-title grudge match, Adrianna pulled off the upset, defeating World Women’s Wrestling Champion, Alexxis Nevaeh via pinfall after reversing a cobra clutch into a pin.

Before the finale, “Mr. Fabulous” Tony Ulysses and Elia Markopoulos came to the ring and revealed Markopoulos’ mystery partner, and the newest member of the Crown Jewels, Playboy Jimmy. Despite the surprise, Tank the Tank and “The Boston Bad Boy” Jason Rumble defeated Elia Markopoulos and Playboy Jimmy via pinfall after Tank hit a flying fist on Playboy Jimmy with the aid of the old playground trip by Rumble. After the match, the Jewels attacked the victorious duo of Tank and Rumble and delivered a vicious beating, as the Blackstone crowd watched in horror. The Crown Jewels left their foes laid out in the middle of the ring to close the night.
