New England Championship Wrestling makes its way to Everett, MA for the first time at the Everett Rec Center, 47 Elm Street, Everett, MA with an 8 PM bell time for a special BLAZING SUMMER Kick Off & Fan Appreciation Night!
In the main event, new NECW Heavyweight Champion, Brad Hollister will defend his title for the first time against “The Canadian Sensation” Jeremy Prophet. Prophet was supposed to have a title shot in April, but that did not take place due to the knee injury to Slyck Wagner Brown. Hollister and Prophet are no stragers to each other, but this time, the gold is on the line.
NECW Television Champion, “The Masshole” Mike McCarthy defends his title against the mysterious masked sensation, Todo Loco.
New NECW Tag Team Champions, THE END will team with their stable member Jacob, all managed by Mr. Tony Ulysses in a special 3 on 2 tag team handicap match taking on the team of former NECW Tag Team Champion, Nick Farenheight and his partner, the 7 foot Giant Pharaoh! Farenheight has been looking to get revenge on THE END for injuring him and running his partner out of NECW. Farenheight believes he has found an equalizer in the undefested 7 foot phenom, The Giant Pharaoh.
These matches, plus Genesis, “The One Man Thrill Ride” Jimmy Preston and Kasey Ray will all see action.
