New England Championship Wrestling returns to live action, kicking off the new year in a new location, as Saturday night, March 5, NECW debuts at the Americal Civic Center, 467 Main Street, Wakefield, MA with a 7 PM bell time.
All NECW titles will be defended on this event and the vacant NECW Tag Team Championship will be decided in a one night 4 team tournament.
Matches for this big event have been carried over from our December 12 event, which was postponed.
In the main event, NECW Heavyweight Champion, “The Masshole” Mike McCarthy defends the title against former NECW Television Champion, “Sensational” Scott Levesque. NECW Television Champion, Todo Loco battles Jacob managed by Mr. Tony Ulysses.
Former NECW Champions will collide in a long awaited grudge match as Slyck Wagner Brown and Brad Hollister battle it out in a 2 out of 3 falls bout.
Plus, the NECW Tag Team Championship will be decided in a 4 team tournament featuring Jack Maverick and Brute Van Slyke, The Heavy Hitters, The Glamour Express and Canadian stars Genesis and Alex North.
