New England Championship Wrestling proudly announces its broadcast television debut with a weekly half-hour broadcast on Boston’s PLUM TV, WMFP TV, Channel 62 in Boston, Thursday nights at 12:30 AM beginning April 4, 2013.
WMFP TV will bring New England Championship Wrestling into approximately 2.3 million homes throughout Greater Boston, Metrowest, the BlackstoneValley area and north into southern New Hampshire and the southern most tip of Maine. A complete list of where local fans can find us on TV, cable and satellite will be available on our website.
In addition to its weekly airing, New England Championship Wrestling will also be making each episode available on its YouTube channel. The TV show will take the place of the NECW ONLINE UPDATE.
In making the announcement, NECW promoter, Sheldon Goldberg said, “This will make NECW available to a whole new audience, in addition to the fans all over the globe who follow us now through our website and online programming. It will also help us to better serve our current local audience. It’s an exciting development and we look forward bringing it to everyone.”
